Ingredients:
- 2lbs of Ground Chuck
- 46oz of Tomato Juice
- 29oz can of tomato sauce
- 46oz can of Hot Chili Beans
- 8oz of Garlic marinade tomatoes
- 3 - Bell Peppers
- 1 - diced Onion
- 1 - container of Chili Powder
- 2 - Jalapeno peppers
- 1 - Serreno pepper
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
Instructions:
Step 1 - Put the ground chuck (of your choice) in a skillet with some oil. Cook until browned.
Drain excess fat and oils.
Step 2 - Combine all ingredients into 6 quart pot and bring to a boil on medium heat(5 if you have numbers on your tove top).
Step 3 - Once boiling, bring it to a simmer(2.5 to 3 if you have nubers on your stove top) and cover. Leave covered for 1-2 hours.
Step 4 - 20 minutes before done add the brown sugar and blend well.
Note: Add sour cream for a creamy tang or grated parmesan. Either way best served with Ritz crackers.
